Thanks to all of the Pinnacle Team. Brian There was no question as to who would build our new home. We did not even consider talking to another builder. From Brian and Jackie helping us buy the building site through construction with Jack and Mike, closing with Fab, I would not have considered another builder. As you might have guessed, we love building new homes and the end result of our second Pinnacle new home is nothing less than spectacular! Even though we have now built 15 new homes, we (especially Charlie) says this will be the last.

After looking at several home builders we selected Pinnacle Homes first, because of the up-front honesty of our Pinnacle sales representative Mark Ludden. Secondly, being new to the new home building process everything was explained in great detail and all costs were clearly spelled out so there would be no surprises. Throughout the entire process all of the Pinnacle staff were patient and made sure our concerns were addressed. Mark kept us updated on the progress and sent us pictures of each stage.
Finally, living in Minnesota and having our forever home built in Cape Coral it was important to have a builder we could trust. The end result showed that Pinnacle was that builder. We love our new home and would highly recommend Pinnacle.
